Overview
We have recently implemented a new Technology Helpdesk Support System. This system will replace the old workorder system and will allow us to more efficiently manage the many technology support help requests we receive on a daily basis. The system is fully automated and easy to use. By submitting a help request here, the entire technology staff, and person submitting will receive email notifications with status updates reflecting the progress of the request. It will allow us to better track, manage, and complete these requests in a timely manner so none of you are forgotten.
We get a lot of requests while passing down a hallway. Many times we are headed to take care of a few problems already, and our brains are already overloaded and focused on the task at hand. It is very hard for us to remember your request in passing, so please help us by submitting a technology help request.

Click the Login link in top right corner and then select the "..or login using Gmail" link. You will then use your TCSD email address and password to sign-in
Once signed in, you will be able to track progress, and you will also be able to receive email notifications as the ticket is updated and completed. This is helpfule because sometimes we come by when you are away, and it is nice to have a follow-up email stating what was done. The new system also gives you the chance to reply to your request and let us know if we missed something.
If you send an email to us, we will enter it into the new ticket system, so please save us the trouble and take a minute or two to complete the online form. It is accessible from mobile devices and from home. The link is posted in a few places on the district website and under the Support menu.
