Hello! I teach Chemistry, Physics, and Earth & Space Science at Independence High School. This is my 12th year teaching.
 

I am originally from Saltillo, MS (north of Tupelo). I graduated from Ole Miss in 2010 with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry. After graduation I decided teaching was what I wanted to do, so I completed the MAPQT (Mississippi Alternate Path to Qualify Teachers) program to become a certified teacher. When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and two daughters.
